CoMeCT – Ecraid – OHDSI Workshop
Ecraid is organizing a workshop to introduce federated data networks, OMOP common data model and OHDSI community and the work we have been doing in ECRAID-Base and CoMeCT. This work is part of our ‘FAIR-by-design’ approach and aligns with the larger drive for Open Science and harmonization for evidence-based health research under the European Health Data Space.
The preliminary agenda for the workshop, to introduce federated data networks, OMOP common data model, OHDSI community and Ecraid use-cases, is as follows –
- Introduction to OMOP-CDM and OHDSI suite of tools and packages
- Overview of the work done to ETL POS-VAP and -cUTI data
- Run analyses on both the datasets to emulate a federated network study
- Introduce ATLAS
- Execute a cohort definition in ATLAS on POS-VAP dataset
- Demo a few of the existing OHDSI analytical packages
- Discussion to gather input on next steps
